Thursday, 14 February 2008: | | Richard Freedman | Freedman's anticipated appointment was announced today by AJC chief executive Norman Gillspie when he revealed his senior management team to carry the troubled club forward.
Freedman will take up the newly created position in March after he resigns from hos position as an on air co-host of radio station 2KY'S breakfast program.

Freedman is the only new appointment from outside the AJC.
The other members of the AJC executive team are Livia Bartoletti (legal affairs), Joanne Tonks (business transformation), Tony Crawford (infrastructure and special projects), Elizabeth McIntyre (marketing and sales), Darren Pearce (finance and corporate services) and Lynell Peck (function and event operations).
