Robinson will be represented by high profile Sydney solicitor Chris Murphy at the hearing before the Racing NSW Appeals Panel.
Robinson was suspended in July on a charge of not giving the John Hawkes-trained Silent Song every chance of winning or gaining the best possible placing at Rosehill on June 17.
Silent Song weakened to finish sixth with stewards judging that he made too much use of the mare by driving her to the lead 600m from the finish.
On Sunday Robinson will face the continuation of a Northern Rivers stewards inquiry into his riding of Zouzou at Grafton last month.
Zouzou set a fast pace before weakening in a race won by Second Choice.
Second Choice is trained by Tim Martin, brother of Zouzou's former trainer Craig.
Zouzou was transferred to Chris Waller after the Grafton race and won at her first start art for the Rosehill trainer at Gosford last week.
Robinson incurred a careless riding suspension at Cessnock on Tuesday that will run from August 25 until September 4.
He made a special trip to Hawkesbury on Thursday to ride two winners trained by Tim Martin and John Hawkes.
