Stablemate Rip van Winkle had been expected to grab this but he was 5 1/2 lengths away from doing so.
O'Brien won a record 6th Champion Stakes in the process. Twice Over was third.

We didn't have any luck in the G3 Kilternan which went to Await the Dawn by 9 lengths from South Easter
and Manton.

Lillie Langtry now looks mentally much stronger as well as physically with her win over Spacious in the
Matron. She'll now go to the Prix de l'Opera. Music Show ran third.
