Highest Honour Pensioned

Sunday, 27 July 2008: The 25-year-old Highest Honor, by Kenmare, was twice champion French sire.

Highest Honour raced for Issam Fares, the owner of Haras de Manneville in France and Fares Farm in Kentucky and the breeder of US Horse of the Year Curlin.

Trained by Pascal Bary, Highest Honor won G1 Prix d'Ispahan bfore going to stud where he produced G1 winners Reve D'Oscar, Marotta, Medaaly, Sagacity, Admise, Royal Honor, and Dedication.

Highest Honors sons at stud include Verglas, Take Risks, Sagacity, Baroud D'Honneur, Medaaly and Vangelis.

Highest Honor has sired 474 winners from 691 starters and his progeny have earned more than $US34 million.
