Elnadim Double At The Curragh

Tuesday, 29 July 2008: His good filly Elletelle burst back to top form with a tenacious win in the Listed Mimosa Stakes over six furlongs.

The Ger Lyons trained filly won the Group Two Queen Mary Stakes at Royal Ascot last season at two and was Group One placed in the Phoenix Stakes.

Elletelle is a half-sister to stakes-winner Freedom, being from the Nijinsky line mare Flamanda.

Also gaining a Black Type success on the same card was Elletelle's stablemate Pasar Silbano.

THe 2YO filly took out the Listed Curragh Stakes over five furlongs.

She now has three wins from five starts.

Pasar Silbano is from Give a Whistle, a Mujadil winner from the family of Group One winner Indian Lodge.

Elnadim shuttled to New Zealand two seasons where he produced Group winner Pendragon.

He will serve his second seaon at Think Big Stud in NSW this spring.
